Purity Rice Cereal - Bad smell

Bought a rice cereal at Dischem the other day and opened the box today only to find that it smells terrible, like the box has some oil. The sad part is I mixed it with another brand that is very expensive. I have another box and so afraid of opening it. This was my first attempt at purity rice cereal and I must say I am disappointed ?
