Purity Quality Assurance Failure

I bought my baby some Purity snack Squeezes this past week. Today when I wanted to feed her 1 I got a huge shock. I pressed it out 1st and to my shock black things and mould started coming out from the container. As I pressed it further into a bowl it popped open on the container as well. I kept thinking what would these have resulted in if I ddnt press it 1st before giving to my baby. What cd've happened if I just pop opened the lid n gave her to squeeze by herself? Food poisoning or maybe worse! Purity deals with babies so they need to make sure that their products are safe for our babies consumption.
