Purity noodles unavailable for months, no response from Tiger Brands
Purity noodles are currently unavailable all over Tshwane. This started in or just before December 2021, where availability became inconsistent. I believe the problem extends outside this area, I have driven to several stores searching for the product, to no avail.
I contacted Tiger Brands via the Puritypromise Instagram and Facebook pages over a week ago, they do not respond when a customer is not happy - not only myself; other customers were also enquiring about the same noodles availability and were not responded to, yet I have seen responses from Purity to other comments that were posted afterwards.
I emailed Tiger Brands on 15 February 2022 about the matter, I received an auto-reply acknowledgment stating that I’d be contacted in 48 working hours. No email response to date, it is 21 February.
I need to know if I should rather look at switching my toddler to another brand, if these will no longer be available going forward, Purity experts know very well that switching a child to another brand is a process. If they are available, where and how do I purchase them. We need decency and to be treated with respect as customers. Personally, I buy over 50 packets of these a month for my toddler, and have done so for 4 years now. This treatment from Tiger Brands is not palatable.
