Purity foods not up to standard

I am Absolutely shocked by the service of Purity South africa I sent them a message on the 22nd October asking why the babies food quality is so bad. you cannot even get half way through a jar and it turns to disgusting liquid water. It's not just one jar too it's many something is not right in the ingredients... they responded asking for my details and to date I yet to get the call or email.

these items are being fed to babies and I wouldn't even touch it
