Purity baby food disappointment and a disaster.

Today I gave my 16 months old baby a purity squeeze, a few seconds after opening it and giving it to her, she started crying and threw it on the floor. When I picked it up I saw something black on the squeeze nozzle. I squeezed it out a black thing came out it looked green and velvety. I tasted the the purity it taste sour, am so worried about my child's health now because I don't know the long term effects, will take her to a doctor tomorrow just to be sure.
