Mouldy food in purity tube.

Tonight when aiming to feed my baby a purity tube I discovered after he rejected the tube that it smells and is full of mould. This is just disgusting for a brand create for babies and put our babies at risk of falling ill. Now I must worry that my little one does not sick from the little bit he ate. Highly dissapointed and disgusted. The best before date is 16.04.2021 and it was manufactured 15.01.2020 so what does this tell us! I don't even think I need to say more but I hope for their sake my child does not get sick from this.
