Mould found in purity purees

It has now been 3 months since I reported a serious food safety concern regarding Purity baby food to Tiger Brands and the Purity family, and I have still received no response whatsoever.

The glass bottle had visible mould, and we are talking about a product intended for babies and young children. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. The thought that my child could have consumed a contaminated product and potentially become seriously ill — or worse — is absolutely frightening.

As a parent, I trusted this brand to provide safe products for my child. I reported the matter expecting it to be taken seriously, investigated, and addressed. Instead, three months have passed with no communication, no explanation and seemingly no accountability.
