Inflated/puffy pounches

I have been giving my baby purity from time to time since he started with his purees at 6months. Recently, my babies dad bought purity food in the pouches from Dis Chem,2 were puffy/inflated (custard and prune with vanilla flavour) Disgusted and not comfortable to give it to my baby, I threw them away. 1 week later my dad bought a few baby foods for my son (1 custard and prune with vanilla flavour and two creamy sweet potato with cinnamon - all three were puffy/inflated). I have the three inflated packs in my hands that look like they are about to explode! Expiring only in 2023. I got a phone call that they will not be collecting them or replacing them as I threw away the slip. That should be their least concern as they need to investigate why those two ingredients are so and prevent it in the future. Their products are not safe for babies in such a case and many mom's wouldn't of read the back warning not to give it to their baby if they are puffy/inflated. I am incredibly disappointed. Let me add too, at one point I bought purity in a pouch, it was as runny as water. I threw it away.

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted in purity's products and their service! Definitely won't be supporting them anymore.
