found hair on guava and yoghurt baby food

Hi <br> <br> i was busy feeding my twins the guava and yoghurt bottle food and i found black hair on it and i have them tiger brands and purity an email on the 29th of June and no one has bothered to reply to the email and give me an explanation why and how it happened???
