Fish scales in purity pouches

Good day

I purchased several purity poucghes from Clicks carnival mall on friday the 19th of July. On Sunday the 21st when i was feeding it to my son i found what looks like fish scales in it, I was horrified to say the least and so disappointed as my child consumes purity on a daily basis and knowing that your products are off scares me as he couldve have consumed this specific one. Im so angry and sad as ive lost trust in your products.
