Disappointed an disgusted

Good day all.

I have had a bad experience with purity. I was totally disappointed an disgusted. My baby is 9 months old and when we started her on solids and cereal purity was the brand i started an loved it, every shop I went to I had to come out with something of purity until 2 weeks ago I bought what I usually buy the jars of food an dessert an never has a problem until then I bought the butternut lasagna which is my daughter’s favorite, I opened it an saw the lid looked mouldy the sides of the jar looked gassy an I tried to put the s**** in an it was hard on the top. I tried to bring it to their attention but no reply which makes things worse as they don’t have their customers best interest. I have called but got nowhere. It’s pathetic to think they are such a big company but don’t have the best interest at heart when it comes to complaints. I am so disappointed that I have to wean my baby off purity an onto a new product because she enjoyed purity. I hope this helps
