ZERO Rating PURPLE Sar

I wish there was a purple star with a zero rating. I recently purchased a water treatment plant for a borehole at my business. This company was well aware of the environment in which the system will be installed and suggested a stainless steel framework with stainless steel housings for the RO component of the system. Within 2 weeks after the system startup, the stainless steel housings started to get pinhole leaks. The framework also started rusting - "stainless steel". Long story short, after many emails and calls back & forth I had to eventually pay for the replacement of the housing with FRP housings. The new housings arrived with components and rubber seals missing. This is now an ongoing fight with this company. I will definitely not recommend TSK Marketing CC t/a Puritech Water Systems, After sales service is pathetic. In my opinion, their products are also sub-standard cheap imports sold at European prices.
