Worst service, Stay clear!
Brand new system bought 2024 - pressure pump not functioning and send back. its Almost going 1 year since purchase and still no pressure pump returned or to provide me. I went to diffrent dealer to buy a new pressure pump as the sales person Eddie also adviced me it will be firstly send back to their supplier - China. Well Eddie is refusing to answer to messages or provide ANY support. I went to their office and requested my pump back, that as well failed, still waiting for them to find it. I would personally advice anyone needing to setup a water store or buy any tipe of filters to stay clear from these elements that is full of promises and no show. Spend your money elsewhere where you will get service and advice. You are warned! I just wished i'd read the reviews first before purchasing my goods from them.
