Very bad service after purchasing goods from then - no warantee /guarantee on goods, goods in working order for three months and then broken again, dont call customer back after taking thousands of rands from pensioners

Terrible service, goods work for three months then pack up and must pay technician out of your own pocket to come and fix the problem. But pumps provided by company is faulty. Three months later pump pack up again. We are pensioners and cannot afford the technicians R1000.00 call out all the time. This is unacceptable.
