Terrible service after inquiring for water purification parts

<p>I inquired about the parts and asked for options on shipping. &nbsp;All they did was assume I wanted all the parts and not some of them - they send me a quote and I had to email back saying this quote was wrong. &nbsp;They don't read the emails properly and they don't give you what you ask for. &nbsp;2nd quote was right but no shipping included and so I accepted it and I still have not gotten response from their department for 2 weeks now. &nbsp;I emailed a week or so later - they are not responding. &nbsp;<br /><br />Service overall is TERRIBLE!!!!</p>
