On 19 July I ordered spare parts from Puritech (Avisha Naidoo). Incorrect parts were sent. Avisha promised to send the correct items. Again the order was incorrect. Last Thursday Avisha promised to dispatch the correct items. This morning there is still no sign of the parcel and JKJ Couriers haver no record. I can send you the complete conversation from WhatsApp in need. Those spares are critical to repairing an important customer's water treatment. Your service is despicable.
