Puritech bad service

Hi

I purchased a water filtrationsystem from puritech. Firstly all the parts were not in the box and after paying delivery I had to go and pick up the missing part. Upon further inspection I picked up the one of the filters were not sealed and as per description of the product they all should be sealed. For health and safety reason I am assuming. I have contacted Puritech and I have not received a response or even acknowledgement of this issue
