Poor service and sales attitudes

Unfortunately, we have nothing nice or good to say about the company Puritech. The owner of the company Terence,never answers his phone calls or puts the phone down in your ear. Washington never owns up to complaints ect and Solomon who works for them,are rude ,screams at the customers and they never make mistakes...it's always the consumer fault. We have alot of issues and information that we can share. But if you ever decide to use puritech,make sure what they sell to you,because professionally they are nod doing a great job,because you always need to buy extra and more .We have send in filters for our RO system sept/Oct 2021 already,we kept on asking when we will receive /get it back....we were told by Solomon they are on holiday and only open on the 3rd....but Hannes previously asked him in messages when we can get it ,and never received any feedback.Solomon is ****y,rude,sighs when you phone him loud and promently, speaks in a rude tone. If you go to the company itself,there is no communication, the energy and attitude you get from him...."is to take your stuff and leave". We have spend R1000s and R1000s of Rands on a system to get installed, but it wasn't done properly.We have to buy more everytime,buy new,buy this buy that......Their service is poor,their attitudes is poor...everything is poor about this company even people higher than Solomon ,can't do their job correctly, and is rude.They never want to take the blame for anything.... so we are not going to even rate them,we had a water engineer that came to view their setup and the amount he have charged us and their sketch of the system,he was not happy with how this company do things and even he had nothing good to say. So rather look for other water filtration companies in the future, if anyone feels they want to install water systems.
