Poor quality water coolers and service

Puritech water cooler is of inferior quality. I specifically advised them that I want a water cooler that is quiet . These units are very noisy indeed to my disappointment and of poor quality. I have had the cooler for about 4 years and both the hot and cold water plastic taps broke . Puritech has advised me they have no spares and I will have to wait for 3 months . Service an quality is poor .
