Not responsive, no warranties and bad quality products

I purchased a water filtration system for in my home and 6 months later the pump stopped working. I paid for the call out and had to pay for another call out to have it fitted as the tech did not have it with him. None was covered by warranty.

6 months later exactly the same thing happened and it took 1) 2 weeks to get hold of someone and 2) again I had to pay for the call out and replacing the pump.

I sourced a pump myself and it was quite easy to fit for 1/3 of the price and purchased a quality pump this time.

My advise: rather use a company that uses quality products and not Chinese parts that break regularly and are not covered by any warranty.
