No support ( Backup)

This company also sells polyurethane plastic sheet for awnings and so forth. Do not buy anything from them. They did the installation last year Apr 2023 and in November notice mark and thought it might be dirty come December there is a lot more. I notified them that there product is failing they have offered me no support and no by is communicating with me regarding a refund or replacement. There is even water coming into my house because of their substandard product and support. Please do not buy anything from them they will promise a lot of support when you buy their products only to find out that they just ignore you.
