No care about their customers

Products is bad quality and no care about customers needs. Bought a RO system. After installation one of the pipes was leaking (I replaced it myself). The system didn`t perform as per specs . Asked if I can exchange for bigger system and was told NO (was willing to pay for new filters and was only used for an hour), it must be installation problem. Keep in mind it was one inlet pipe, one outlet pipe and a drain pipe? So is it an installation problem.
