Faulty membrane

We bought a vontron membrane after 2days the water stoped flowing , we called them and they told us to bring it, when my husband got there the manager didn't want to come out of her office and she refused to exchange or give our money money back. For all the years we were buying membranes from them. We lost lot of money to drive an hour to them for nonsense😢.
