Bad pre-sale service

Was very keen to purchase a filtration system but the saleslady Tanya Mdoda is exceptionally abrupt and unhelpful. I have been corresponding with her via email and asked her several questions. Her responses are not correlating to my questions in the least. I've tried calling a few times but there's just no joy. What bad service. Puritech - you've lost a potential customer. Tanya - you have absolutely no way of dealing with customers!
