bad experience with Puritech that needs to be exposed

Puritech installed a water purification plant. the installer Jacobs was a buther who damaged walls etc. i complained but they did nothing. few weeks later water was tasting suphuric and then later had a very strong iron taste. Contacted Puritech, they wanted R3000 just to come out. called anoterh company and found the following: 1. 2 of the 3 filter tops were not fitted right and were loose on the stalk of the filter which allowed the filter elements to go through the system. 2. normal sand was used in one of the filteration brine bottles. 3. the carbon used was of low quality and was smelling very sulphuric when removed. I have take pictures and sent to Puritech, as usual, they don't care
