Alias # Patio Luxurious Living. Suppliers and installers of polycarbonate sheeting. I strongly advise against dealing with Puritech, particularly with their employee, Peter Magoro. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the start, it was a constant struggle to get in touch with Peter. After making a full payment, I was met with nothing but empty promises regarding the delivery and installation of my new skylight. I initially removed the old skylight due to leaks, hoping that a new installation would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the situation has only worsened. My experience has highlighted a complete lack of reliability and customer service from Puritech. I feel compelled to warn others: do not engage with this company. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere.
