Scary experience when feeding my puppy

When I was feeding my puppy, I luckily noticed something unusual in his Purina Puppy wet food. It was a rubber piece from one of the machines. Ok, mistakes do happen, but extra care should be taken by Purina Husky to reduce risk of choking hazards to enter into their puppy food. My puppy would have choked to death had I not seen it. I placed a call the following day only to discover that this product is sourced through Nestle. They took a week to come and collect the evidence and said that they will send it to Cape Town to be inspected. I didn't hear from them in two weeks, so again I the customer had to call them. It was then said that a replacement tin of food will be sent to me along with a bag of their puppy dry food (which I have not tried for obvious reasons) as an apology. I still have not received this apology and I am feeling upset that my feelings about this matter have been taken lightly. It saddens me to see that what I thought was a good product for my dog has let me down. Not only in quality but in service as well.
