Be aware of Friskies cat pouches.

I had purchased 12 packets of Friskies cat pouches. When I gave it to my cats they refused to eat it so I opened another 2 pouches and gave them and they did the same. So I called the customer care line and spoke to a lady. I cannot remember her name but I am sure the calls are recorded so they can get the info from there. She said she would send a voucher to replace the pouches . I am still waiting for the vouchers to arrive in the post. Is this how Purnina treats their customers after selling cat food that was probably gone bad . I hope somebody responds to this matter ASAP.
