COMPLAINT-PURGE SECURITY

<p>i stay in a complex called elmers end in noordhang and its guarded by purge security. My car was ****** and the security opened the gate for the ******* at 1:55 am and never reported the incidence to anyone until in the morning around 5 am when i realised the car was not there. the owner of the company doesnt seem to care about what happend. What kind of security companies are allowed to operate? I WONDER</p>
