HORRIBLE SERVICE

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MPNEY. I have placed and order on the 22nd of July 2020 and wrong items were delivered, they cooked some story when they were supposed to collect it and ended up saying i may courier the order back and they will refund me. After sending it back they confirmed receiving it and promised to transfer my money on the same day which never happened. Every time when i call to follow up they promise to transfer but it never happens. Three months down the line i am still waiting for my refund and they claim they are not a **** because they are a big company.
