Terrible quality work

Very poor service from Daryl at Puresnapshot photography. My wedding was 7 months ago & I am still struggling to get my video from him. He is the worst person to deal with. My wedding ceremony was an hour long as it was a hindu wedding. Important parts of my wedding ceremony was cut off due to him & his friend walking off 45min later. He gave me a 15min video of my wedding reception despite him being there for 5hrs. I've been trying to contact him to edit it but he is completely ignoring my messages & calls. I can see he is online on whatsapp yet he completely ignores me. Dont pay him in full until after you & receive your video. He said he posted my video in the mail, but I have not yet received it. Dont know who posts a wedding video via the local post office. Shocking how he is being so dismissive. Dont know how he is a wedding videographer. Dont trust him to video the most important day of your life. Its a total waste of money. Now I have to go through a legal route to retrieve my wedding footage.
