Do not trust your skin to this salon

I gave it one star because the lady at the reception is extremely pleasant. However everything else about my experience was terrible. On July 9, 2022, I went there to laminate and tint my eyebrows but unfortunately slept throughout the process so not sure what they did. I was asked not to wash my eyebrows for 24 hours. On washing my eyebrows after the period, I found that for some unexplainable reason, my brows had been trimmed into a badly done uneven thin shape on one of the brows and slightly fuller on the other brow. I had not asked for brow shaping as I like my brows thick and full. The stylist has masked this at the salon with the brow tint. I called to complain. I was asked to send pictures as I was traveling that day. I was assured that the management would contact me and look for a solution. This never happened. I sent a reminder text and again I was assured that I would be contacted. This was on July 19. No one has called ‘til date (August 13). It is a shame that they can get away with this.
