"Purepathetic"

I've placed an order on the 19th August via their online store, which promises next day delivery, which in the past, turned out to take almost an entire week! I at least, expected my order to arrive by yesterday, 21 August, yet, today there still is no sign of any delivery. I expressed by disdain with Dashni, with whom I've been doing business for almost 5 years, and today, like the previous time, I get a "sorry, I thought you've received it already". I pay a premium for these products, but needles to say, the service tends to leave a bitter taste in my mouth that lingers longer with each new order! As with some of their products that seem to "be out of stock"for eternity, I've decided to rather buy directly from their supplier overseas, at least the service and delivery is on time, despite waiting a bit longer, and once I've found another stockist for the respective items, I'll surely take my business elsewhere, especially since their attempt to retain their loyal clients clearly lack any serious input or business will! I cannot accept the blame to be put on their courier,given the last time's disaster, being proactive would mean she checks up on how far the delivery was, then at least advise me she's on top of her game, not me having to fume and reminding them I'm still waiting for something I've paid for....
