Purely Mzanzi deliveries
I ordered an item online ,paid for it and paid extra for speed delivery on 26 April and haven't receved my order yet. They do not respond to my e mails and there is not a tel no to contact them. What is my next step?

Do NOT buy from this company, there are a **** - they dont deliver, they are promoting tools on Tiktok and promise delivery in 48 hours, its been 2 weeks and they dont respond to mails. I have reported them to Tiktok but they still operate
