Unacceptable Service and Lack of Communication

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Purecoolerza. I placed an order over two weeks ago and have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of my order. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for updates, I have received no response. Additionally, the product has not been delivered, which is highly frustrating. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
