Worse service ever

The service from this company is just plain pathetic. You enter into an agreement to get water delivered every month, but most months you have to phone them and ask when they will deliver. And then you still get water that taste worse than the municipal water. The contact numbers on their website is also of no use as the voice prompt asks you to leave a detailed message but then just cuts you off.
