Terrible administration

The administration department in Pureau water in Durban needs to wake up - I have to call Happiness every single month to remind her that i need water - I called a week ago and was assured that I would get water today (Thursday) but of course no one pitched up - I must say the drive Sipho is amazing and goes out of his way to assist but he can only deliver what he is told to.
