COMPANY YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

When signing up with the Company you get the most beautiful promises and commitment, and the company is willing to go the extra mile just to ensure the extra income Then when things don't go as planned and you hit a hiccup the horns and pitch-forks come out I have never dealt with rudeness and unprofessionalism as rotten en bad as this No Customer Service or people skills in any way - right from the get-go the tone and attitude is one of hostility and downright obnoxiousness Not just from 1 staff member but from all of them as they pass you up the ranks Now suddenly they are no longer prepared to make any of the concessions made in the beginning to get the rental equipment to you now, it's a downright unwillingness to assist or accommodate the customer in any way and immediately the threats start coming I was never unwilling to return the rental equipment, but I have a demanding job which requires me to work long, extended and erratic hours - I do not have the luxury of sitting at home and being available at any time for a pick-up but this was just ignored by these rude and frankly unmannered staff members and no discussion was even entered into I have always paid much more on my rental than what was require so my account was in credit and given that you just keep renting this dispenser and it never becomes yours I have paid the value of this piece of plastic more than 3 times over in rental fees Then today I get informed that I have been handed over - and this rude piece of **** that called me is even worse than the staff employed by Aquazania This company is a total rip-off - their water is absolutely disgusting with dreadful taste and then it is also over-priced compared to other water companies who actually have much better tasting water which is definitely healthier and better for you This is definitely not the Company you would want to go into a partnership with - they just do not have any inter-personal skills, absolutely no empathy and compassion and really only care about money - whether it be as little as a machine rental of less than R300.00 per month which apparently will bankrupt this "huge financially successful blue-chip multi-million dollar stock exchange-listed company".........LOL They are an absolute joke and I can understand why other water suppliers are doing so well Do not ever make the mistake of thinking that you can have a long-term mutually respectful relationship with this company - you will be very sadly disappointed
