Real or a ****?

I purchased a Purea Contour Cervical Pillow on their website on the 13 October 2026. I was sent a confirmation email with my order number. It is now the 28 October 2026 and I have not heard or received any news on my order. The website only has an *** as point of contact which I have emailed and not received any confirmation on that either. Its heart breaking as I really battle with neck problems and was hoping this pilllow which cost a pretty penny would help me. Now I hae paid for an item I have yet to receive.
