Worst Service ever!

Our experience with Pure Sun Solar has been extremely disappointing.

We paid in full upfront for both our pool solar panel installation and a solar blanket. While the solar panels were installed without any issues, we have now been waiting more than two months for delivery of the solar blanket that we paid for.

Despite numerous follow-up calls and promises, the product has still not been delivered. Every time we enquire about the delivery, we are given another reason for the delay. When we requested that the matter be resolved, we were not provided with a satisfactory solution.

Customers should be aware of our experience and ensure that all delivery commitments are confirmed in writing before making payment.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Pure Sun Solar.
