Pathetic Service

<p>So my friend and I went to the wedding Expo @ the CTICC the 11th of June and she filled in the competition from Pure Romanace andon the 17 June my friend got a msg saying that she won a R500 prize and to have a party hosted @ her choice of venue from a "Jovita" from Pure Romance and up until today they havent contact her. My friend contacted them again and ask what the problem was and she was told that theres terms and conditions ... nothing was said when she entered the competition. what **** me off is that from the 17th June when she was told she won they havent contacted her again and it's been almost 2 months now. They should be ashamed of there lack of service they give to people. I've never experienced such bad and ****ty service.</p>
