Deliverying my parcel couldnt wait for 10 min...

This company suppose to deliver my parcel Friday the 8th April 2016, they don't know where is my place but they have residential address. They called me and agreed to meet at the mall to make this delivery easier. I was at work at that time. They called me again that the delivery person will be at the mall in 3 minutes, and it will take me 10 minutes to get there. The delivery person said he cant wait 10 minutes or should I say 7 minutes. I gave them work address instead and they denied to deliver and promised me toTRY to deliver on Monday.<br> <br> They have bad attitude and didn't show a willingness to help to get my delivery. Their service is very rotten and unprofessional. I still don't know institution is using them.
