payment done no goods deliver

I placed an order on the 15/03/15 for payment 28/3/15 and delivery 1/4/15 did the payment but no goods. Now I can not get hold of Sanet as she blocked me on all mediums. . Do not use this lady as she takes your money. The head office can not help.
