Pure Ravishing Skin & Joli Skin FREE TRIAL - ****?

I placed an online order with Pure Ravishing Skin for a FREE TRIAL early morning of Thursday 30/8/2018. A pop up from Joli Skin promised a supporting beauty product FREE TRIAL. All I had to pay for was the shipping of R65 and R66 respectively.

Although the credit card details online insured it was a safe site (MacAfee) I immediately regretted my action. I e-mailed both companies within 15 minutes of placing my order to cancel. Both companies acknowledged receipt of my e-mail. Then the debit orders for R65 and R66 went off my phone almost immediately.

When I telephoned to confirm cancellation that morning, the agent **** and said the order was placed on 29th, and that it had already been shipped when I cancelled. I have proof on my mobile that it was only placed on 30th. The order could not possibly have been processed, packed and shipped within 15 minutes. She put the phone down in my ear when I told her this. Disgusting and dishonest customer service.

I have since received notice that my orders have been shipped. I see another review stating that the Joli Skin and Pure Ravishing Skin continued to send different products to the customer without her requesting, and charged them to her credit card. She had to close her credit card account to save herself from any further unwanted and unauthorised charges.

Be very careful!!
