Pure logic trading selling ******* Anlabeier instant water heater.

I bought an Anlabeier instant water heater from this pure logic trading , I took delivery 07/07/2025, the thing was installed on 08/07/2025 and to this day has never worked. I first contacted the manufacturer in China, it was just a complete waste of time, almost 2 weeks back and forth, them sucking things out the air to say, eventually telling me to connect the thing incorrectly, earth wire from the DB to the neutral of the thing and neutral wire from the DB to the earth wire of the thing, when I told them that is incorrect they said their engineers say that is correct?? I told them I will not take responsibility for any damage if I do that, they said that is the correct way, I did it and the thing still did not work. They then said, after wasting almost 2 weeks, that I should contact the seller because they did not sell it to me. I contacted pure logic trading, exactly the same as the manufacturer, just a waste of time, this one more concerned about his ego and 'his product' than me and my wife being without hot water for almost 2 weeks, due to the ******* I had bought from them. I sent him the entire whatsapp chat history between the manufacturer and myself, clearly showing everything including them telling me to connect the thing incorrectly. He then said he had also spoken with the manufacturer and I must open the machine so that he can see if it burnt inside, I opened it and made a video showing burn marks at the wires. He said that is not burn marks. I took a close-up photo and sent it to him, he just said it is not burn marks.?? He then said the thing is connected incorrectly, because it should not be connected from the DB via an isolator switch to the thing, and told me to remove the isolator switch and connect the wires from the DB directly to the thing.?? Now here in South Africa a geyser, instant water heater, etc has to be connected via an isolator switch which should be within 1,5m of the unit, and that is how our geyser was connected in the ceiling, the wires from the DB via an isolator switch, which was 1 meter away from the geyser, to the geyser, and those same wires were taken to the bathroom to the thing and the isolator switch 20cm above it. So not only did pure logic trading sell me a piece of *******, but also a piece of ******* that cannot be used here in South Africa because it is non-compliant and an electrician will not issue the certificate because it is an ******* connection, and surely the insurance company will not honor any claim resulting from damage caused by the non-conformance. I then did as instructed, removed the isolator switch and connected the wires directly, the thing still does not work. I sent him the video of the wires connected directly, he responded as if speaking to his children or friends, "That is not what I want to see, you just doing the same thing over again, I want to see the wires connected directly '?? I just sent him the video showing that?? That was when I made my decision that I was done struggling with this ******* and also *********** people, and I did not respond. He sent a message again a while later after that message, saying I must send the thing back so that they can check it out. Me take another cent out of my pocket for this *******? They can first refund my R1450 I paid then they can have their ******* back. Do not become their next victim, steer clear of this Anlabeier ******* and the manufacturer, and also the seller of this *******, pure logic trading. I have the entire whatsapp chat history between myself, the manufacturer, and the seller, all the videos and photos to support all I have written here.
