Bad service
I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, but I was very disappointed with my first claim last week, pure hearts failed me they didn't deliver in time no communication.they delivered the package that I didn't know about it which they changed without letting us know as their customers. Mr Paakane if you don't do something about this you r going to lose business. Even with their new package I didn't get everything. I'm very disappointed.

Hope you are doing well. We are a service providers, after submitting the claim you requested that you do not need our services rather you will just need groceries for your own use which we did. You joined society plan, but you wanted platinum groceries which is impossible.
