Order is not recieved ID order 802526

I placed and paid order of 6 bottle exclusive limited discount order no #5M6ZIP4B in October 2022 and promise delivered within 15 to 20 days , where I track order it appears as no where to be find and tried several to communicate with company , no positive I haven't receive until today
