Disappointing Experience with Customer Service- Pierre I am writing to share my recent experience with Pure Graphix, which unfortunately was quite negative. I submitted a request six days ago and only received a response informing me that assistance was unavailable. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I emailed again to request a date change for the item I needed, but received no reply.

When I called for further assistance, I was met with rudeness from Pierre, who raised his voice and suggested I go to another service provider. This level of customer service is disheartening and unacceptable. It’s disappointing to feel dismissed when seeking help, and I can't recommend Pure Graphix to others based on this experience. I hope management addresses this to improve future customer interactions.
