Delivery cost increase after quote

I placed an order for a reverse osmosis water filter on their website. After entering my address I opted for it to be delivered via courier. The quote for the delivery was R120. I made the payment the same day. The following day, I received an email from a Jacques to inform me that the courier company they use does not cover my area and that the cost will now be R400 for delivery... I decided to rather cancel the order and order a cheaper system with delivery included from Takealot. At least they processed my refund on the same day.
