Totally ***********: Pure Flow Gas Suppliers

Incompetence! After buying, paying for the 19kg gas on 4 April, the accountant at this company has the audacity to send me a whatsapp message requesting proof of payment otherwise j will be handed over to debt collectors. Really???? 6 months later???? Firstly, the gas bottle was leaking, which they disputed. After fighting with them to come collect their bottle and KEEP the full payment, because obviously they NEEDED it, who cares about customer service, they pitched up in April one day without notice, confirmed that the gas bottle was leaking and replaced it. Since then I've moved to a new company, and cannot be happier until.i received the whatsapp message that I did not pay for the gas. I was livid. The excuse of the accountant: oh I'm new I just started recently!!! Nonetheless, I sent her a copy of the proof of payment - totally *********** company. DO NOT buy gas from them, my house could have blown up, I could have lost my family!
